| Jerrod Modica Co-founder and Creative Director for T2AP Creative Team, Jerrod oversees the creative output for a roster of clients, including Reebok, Puma, Nike, AND1 and a non-profit company called B Corporation. He is a former skateboard punk and recovering sneaker addict ,who pushed his passion for great design into his dream of starting his own design studio. Jerrod has been deigning creative communications for the past 11 years. Prior to starting his own design studio, he worked at Sony Music / BMG art directing major music direct-mail marketing campaigns and the early stages of their e-commerce websites. Swept up by the original ‘dot com ‘ whirlwind, Jerrod landed at HoopsTV.com. As Art Director, he oversaw the look and feel of the day-to-day content and web site experience, as well as the company's marketing and advertising campaigns. Although short-lived, the wild ride of covering the NBA, NCAA and the beginnings of the Streetball scene brought Jerrod to the position of Creative Director for AND1 Basketball. While there he art directed marketing campaigns for such athletes as Kevin Garnett, Stephon Marbury, Ben Wallace, Shawn Marion, Jason Williams and Rafer Alston. Also, he was instrumental in the creative direction for all marketing, advertising, event marketing and package design for the AND1 Mix Tape Tour. Brand building became a way of life during his years at AND1. These lessons helped him realize that his talents could far extend the traditional role as Art Director and layed the foundation for T2AP Creative Team. He is a listener in every sense of the word, a necesarry skill required in a world of non-stop communication. Although he may sit in a meeting or be on a conference call and not say a word, he will come back later with a strategic plan and creative platform that connects every communication outlet you have ever dreamed of for a singular campaign. Mike started at Merrill Lynch, gaining a fascination for how companies are daily measured and valued on the stock market . From there, he assumed the role of Director of Brand Promotions at AND1 Basketball, eventually becoming Director of Advertising. He managed a $10M budget and in-house marketing team. Currently, Mike moonlights servicing a key client AMMIRATI where he directs brand strategy for their clients and oversees the financial aspects of the ad agency.
